For the wellbeing of the users designing Office Spaces doesn’t only mean the planning itself but also needs to be developed technically, ergonomically, including safety issues and interior themes as well.

During our collaboration with the Japanese Architect Shigeru Ban for the new Head-Quarter for the Tamedia building in Zurich we could participate on the planning of an avant-gardist wooden building proposing timeless materials and interiors.

The choice of a modern concrete floor with various stone inlays references the building’s architecture’s natural materials and reminds the visitor of an historic Italian Piazza.

The pebble stones are a reminiscence of the river Sihl, on which banks the building is located.
